[Bug 11340] Warcraft 3 displays the start splashscreen forever and doesn' t continue with the game start.

I have had this issue with Warcraft III before.  However, what helped is
reinstalling the game.  I don't know what caused the issue, possibly the
upgrade to 0.9.54?
