I have XP SP3 at home and work. At work it works, at home it does not. Then I
changed the CryptAcquireContext to set the flag CRYPT_NEWKEYSET and then it
works as expected. Not sure this bug is valid (happens in native too), maybe a
previous step during the installation was supposed to create the keyset and it
failed?
