[Bug 30785] MS Office 2007 reports msmxl 5 as uninstalled (WoW64)

That's a typelib registration info, it's not enough to create an object. It
should be registered in CLSID key, like this:

---
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{88D969EF-F192-11D4-A65F-0040963251E5}
---

or maybe in WoW node. Anyway '88D969EF-F192-11D4-A65F-0040963251E5' string
should be somewhere. It's not present, right?
