[Bug 42695] Path of Exile: fail to start when launching with dx11 enabled

For the downsampled resolution, I think it's the "Dynamic Resolution" feature.
It dynamically downscale the game resolution to avoid dropping frames. I'll try
to find the time to check whether the downsampling is normal or not.
