Sorry but I have a 56k modem. Downloading ~90MB is not an option for me. If
there is any other approach that doesn't involve my modem bottleneck I will be
happy to do it. I can typically successfully download up to about 20MB
(overnight.) I would even be willing to pay the reasonable cost of creating and
shipping me a CD with the repository files.
