Never tested with emule, but yes, my applications look like that.

PS:
I noticed that only links to Tahoma dont work when I use 
en_US.UTF-8 locale. Under a zh_CN.UTF-8 locale, wine seems to
prefer Microsoft Sans Serif as the default font, and then 
the fontlink works perfectly.
