I imagine the primary surface isn't necessarily created when FlipToGDISurface()
is called. That would certainly be consistent with the 0x00000048 in the
screenshot.

I'll just reiterate that the patch in question wasn't intended for general use,
and was included in wine-staging against my wishes.
