[Bug 19857] Bug links are being deleted when accepted

There is no need to remove the link, we can send an email to all maintainers to
make them aware of the workaround.

I added the bug link as a test, I'll add the second one now.

Bug links can still be accepted with the method described above (using the OK
button).
