[Bug 32079] Dotted (.foobar) files are not displayed in file open dialog

Austin, I have added you to the CC so that you can either confirm this or mark
it as invalid.

winecfg -> "Drives" -> "Show dot files" (checked or unchecked)

with Notepad++ 6.9 on Fedora 23 with Wine 1.9.5 will not show any dot files
from the home (~/) directory in the file dialog (Ctrl-O) in Notepad++. I assume
that not showing dot files when the "Show dot files" is checked in winecfg is a
bug. I'm not sure that that is what the original bug reporter was reporting.
