[Bug 24842] Wolfenstein 2009 fails to start without any overrides

One problem per bug, please. This seems to be the d3dx9 problem, I see nothing
about msvc in there. Does 'winetricks d3dx9_36' fix it? (or d3dx9)? 

If so, d3dx9 bug. If it crashes later from msvc, file a new bug for it please.
