[Bug 25492] Office Pro 2010 Trial: Word, Excel, and Powerpoint cannot open or save files

Still present in 1.3.12. 

Just to clarify, the urlmon I have been using to work around this bug is from
IE6. Urlmon from IE7, alone, does not work; all of IE7 has to be installed.
