Using native rpcrt4.dll as installed by DCOM9x when Wine is reporting as
Windows 2000 upwards is not supported.

Mixing and matching DLLs from other versions of Wine (i.e. CrossOver Games) is
also not supported.

I suggest that this bug be marked INVALID.
