[Bug 41107] Total Commander 8.52a Final has VERY slow folder icons rendering

Results of regression test:
 * Wine-staging-1.7.52 ~ fast
 * Wine-staging-1.7.53 ~ slow

Initially i wanted to make the regression test per patches, but there are tons
of them and dependent. Hopefully this will at least narrow the scope of
staging's patches.
