[Bug 40418] Doom 4 requires bcrypt AES provider

The issue still occurs on the new Doom 4 Open Beta version. The game requires
RNG (Bug 40406) and AES. Log attached (Wine 1.9.7 +
1a50b8974a9d288020f4d7f9ebdb653367239c41).
