http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31060 Bug #: 31060 Summary: Wine 1.5.7 doesn't work at all Product: Wine Version: unspecified Platform: x86 OS/Version: Linux Status: UNCONFIRMED Severity: critical Priority: P2 Component: -unknown AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org ReportedBy: hl2mapper92(a)gmail.com Classification: Unclassified Some days ago I've updated Wine to 1.5.7 (from the official repository). It worked good, but yesterday evening some new update was downloaded. After this update Wine doesn't work at all. Now when I try to install a program, I have "an internal error". A disks tab in winecfg is not available ("failed to open mount manager"). I have reinstalled Wine several times (I have also removed the .wine directory). Useless. Now I installed 1.4 from the Ubuntu repository, and now it works. So, as I understood, the problem is in Wine 1.5.7? -- Configure bugmail: http://bugs.winehq.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email Do not reply to this email, post in Bugzilla using the above URL to reply. ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching all bug changes.
