Same grey/white screen, when using parameters (from 
https://www.gog.com/forum/doom_series/for_those_who_cant_launch_doom_3_bfg_e...)

+set r_fullscreen -1 +set r_windowHeight "720" +set r_windowWidth "1280" +set
r_windowY "0" +set r_windowX "0"

Audio works.
