It consumes very much CPU as well as memory. It is because of the infinite
loop.
In doaxvv, koeiuc.bat uses 100% of one core due to this bug. This high CPU
usage continues until doaxvv exits.

2-core CPUs use 50% of the CPU.
4-core CPUs use 25% of the CPU.
8-core CPUs use 12.5% of the CPU.
