[Bug 40799] Unable to fetch wine-mono, wine_gecko nor to update Steam

I don't have any log, it just doesn't download at all. It doesn't seems to be a
Gecko/Mono issue but a "network" issue. Steam doesn't connect, it crashes when
trying to update the software) but I just played Darkest Dungeon without
problem (and some other games)
