Is this a regression? Are you using a compositor?
I am not using a compositor, only wmii: http://wmii.suckless.org/ (I can test under KDE 4 and/or GNOME if needed). As far as I know, this bug was always present since I started using Wine (which can be traced back to around wine-0.9.30). I know for sure it is present under wine-1.3.18 but can do tests under other versions if needed (it is difficult to test under wine-1.3.21 because of the mouse input development changes which make the game hard to use). It is important to note that this bug is and has always been present only in the "aftermath menu".
