[Bug 34603] Trainsimulator 2014 crash at start/fails to start

The AI_xxx missing line is no longer present so I thought the function should
have succeeded.

Is the backtrace the same as before?

It may sound silly but if the crash is the same as before you could comment the
code from WS_freeaddrinfo and FreeAddrInfoW just to check if it gets any
further.
