[Bug 31071] DotA 2: overbright/broken lighting effects

I tried removing both options. It seems -novid option is requirement for it to
launch under wine. With -nod3d9ex option removed it launches, but bug still
persists.

NVIDIA gt260m with 304.22 driver.
