[Bug 10472] File open dialog buffer too short for multiple file selection

Unfortunately the URL to download the dependencies is no longer working
(http://www.deeplayer.com/claudio/orfeo/nsplib.rar), I tried 3 different
versions of the DLL but each time other DLLs are required and when I got all of
them there was a function missing in one of the DLLs. For some reason with the
same DLLs the application works in wine and it's possible to see the issue, I
would like to test in different versions of windows to check.
