[Bug 13675] emule upnp not working

I do not use UPNP, but I have enabled it temporarily for this bug. Enabling it
gets no error in eMule, and the log says "Trying to setup port forwardings with
UPnP"..."UPnP successfully set up forwardings for ports (correct ports given
here)". UPNP works now, without Windows-Native DLLs. Wine 1.1.28 (Mint 7). I
vote this bug be closed as successfully resolved!
