[Bug 11027] Starcraft: unable to install from the CD - CPU goes to 63%

I have just installed the following (and it's associated files) from the Fedora
Testing Patches site:
wine-0.9.53-2.fc7.i386.rpm

The behavior is identical -- except that the CPU is being used MORE intensively
than before.
