[Bug 38804] Big problems with the current WISO-Sparbuch (2015 version): garbage on the wiso sparbuch desktop

Result of rebuilding wine versions from winehq.org:

1. WISO-Sparbuch runs properly with wine-1.7.16.
2. wine-1.7.17 is the first version showing the WISO-Sparbuch garbage
behaviour.
