Archicad 18 also crashes with msvcr100.dll _crt_debugger_hook not found
yet vcrun2010 is all needed to start the app

it will be nice to fix the issue so i could report other bugs, not being
restricted by using unclean wine setup

i`m using wine 1.7.50 x64 on multilib os
