[Bug 37564] Skype's Help -> About window is totally black

Ran into an issue installing skype on fresh prefix on wine-1.8.4. Installer
crashed after "Continue" with error: err:ole:CoCreateInstanceEx apartment not
initialised

To successfully test I ran the already installed skype from the 1.9.19 prefix
with wine-1.8.4 and it ran smoothly (with the exception that it crashed when I
quit skype). The about window showed up fine.

Because the prefix was created in a later version of wine, i can't really
confirm one way or the other with 1.8.4.
