[Bug 20958] Photoshop CS4 fails to install in Vista mode

Still present in wine-1.7.11-206-g82b3813.

"winetricks ie6 vista" allows the installer to continue in Vista mode.

Notes:
- winetricks resets to WinXP mode, so "winetricks ie6 vista" is necessary.
- "winetricks vista" actually sets Win2008 mode.
