Hello folks,

similar to bug 36466

Actually not implementing scripting host 'Wscript.Quit' has more severe
consequences since many scripts use 'On Error Resume Next'.

Those simply continue execution with intended behaviour (in various cases
ending up in a crash)

 Wscript.Echo "need one argument!"
 Wscript.Quit 127
End If

Wscript.Echo "not reached"
