I don't believe the animated cursor fixme to be the real issue. The problem I
described seems to be the issue. To obtain a relay trace, do:

WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh wine RagTime\ 5.exe &>/tmp/ragtime.txt

It should show the problem that I described.
