I've fixed the redirect issue. This was an issue on the Fastly side of the CDN
due to it redirecting all HTTP to HTTPS, which broke the AWS S3 url rewriting
for Origin fetch.

The alternative was to fix the url rewrite in the VCL snippet, but I'm opting
into allowing HTTP since apt still tends to default to HTTP, saving on the
redirect traffic.

Cloudflare blocks should be reported to Cloudflare, not to us. That is a false
positive on their end.
