Actually, I'm not sure whether I'm misinterpreting the OP:

In Win64, it appears not to work, but DOES work for me.

This is probably what the OP meant, in which case, it still appears not to
work, although it does, and the bug is not resolved, but confirmed.  

For me, just completing the indexing and updating on win64 and win10 is a
first, hence my excitement!
