Tested with LC_All=C due to parse_url spamming

I am currently running a full terminal of LogosIndexer.exe, it will be posted
later.

The parse_url that is spamming is:

0130:fixme:path:parse_url failed to parse
L"Libronix.DigitalLibrary.Utility.resources"
