Hello All!

I can confirm that with Wine 6.13 and inbuilt WineD3D the DX9 hardware cursor
is flickering on the screen in World of Warcraft 3.3.5a and also with 5.4.8 if
DX9 is used, not DX11 . 

With DX11 the hardware cursor is working fine.
