Some things to look out for:

Use a fresh 32bit WINEPREFIX

Use wine-2.22 to run "winetricks -q dotnet45", because staging might freeze.

use wine-staging-2.22 for running the program with
"wine runas /trustlevel:0x20000 SourceTreeSetup-2.3.5.0.exe".
Btw, wine-staging-2.22 isn't released yet, you either have to wait or patch it
yourself.
