Can you please explain what is resulting difference between these two? 1. Is winedbg outdated, obsolete or something else?
It is a debugger, and some applications do not expect to run under one. It is for specialized use (i.e., debugging).
2. Does starting from destination folder gives some benefits and name some? I do not have anything against it but would like to know why. :D
