Still not fixed in wine-1.1.35-180-g20a50f3.

Short summary: Tested with new version of KDE (4.3.4). When setup is run, it
asks for install dir. When "Continue" button is pressed, it should display
foreground window with "Install Options", but this window is hidden in the
background. 20 of 20 attempts failed to display "Install Options" window in
foreground.
