HLSL compiler is actually not implemented in Wine by now, and it is a big stuff. There is a parser, but no code generator yet as far as I could see, so it actually cannot do anything yet even if it can parse the given shader. I somehow thought previously that D3DCompiler bugs are a matter of adding some specific language features, but this seems to be not the case for today.
