If you have hal setup correctly, wine should recognize the mounted ISO just fine. The only problem then is that you don't have read/write perms on the loopback device.
Right, autorun.exe and other stuff run okay, I even tested chmodding /dev/loop0 to 777, and mounted with ownership to my user account.
