[Bug 9498] WoW 2.2 fails to initialise audio (fmod error?)

After much work with, and head scratching by mlankhorst, we've forced the
dsound dll to stay up. This removes the audio crash from WoW 2.2 OSS -
confirmed. I don't have the ability right now to test under ALSA. If people can
grab the patch and test, it'd be appreciated.
