I think that setting UseTakeFocus to N in the X11 Driver registry is a better workaround for now than reverting the change. I will test this later today..

Setting the registry value does work around the issue without reverting any changes. I'll try to take a look at the code and see if UseTakeFocus should is intended to be 'N' by default.
