View is set on 2d wireframe mode. Try pan the drawing with mid mouse button, you'll see that's unusable. Set the view mode to 3d wireframe; you'll see that fonts are just "approximated", they've the outline, some of them is paint in wrong scale (that one should be another bug.....) but the panning becomes usable.
