Yes, the game starts fine with wine-1.3.37-413-g5f42f7d so this one is fixed. However the game often hangs on exit with a similar message:
err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0x7e857f60 "wined3d_main.c: wined3d_cs" wait timed out in thread 0023, blocked by 0009, retrying (60 sec)
