I guess, that problem here is that Setup.exe is in different path than wine 3dmark2000_v11_100308.exe and thus install fails. Easy workaround is to unpack 3dmark2000_v11_100308.exe by winrar and run "wine Setup.exe". Then installation runs flawlessly.
