[Bug 29417] Mouse pointer laggy/slow in Dweebs and Dweebs 2

I tested the Dweebs 2 demo with Wine 1.7.38. The problem is still present. 
However the laggy pointer only happens on the Help and Exit screens. The
Credits screen seems fine. No problem when I tested it in a Windows XP VM
(apart from the program crashing on exit in both XP and Wine).
