[Bug 15111] Adobe Photoshop CS2 tools stop working in maximised images

To change appearance of windows, press F repeatedly while the window you're
trying to maximize is active.
Palettes can be removed or added to workspace with TAB.
I am using 1.6-rc4 at the moment.

The problem with Bridge persists - works ok for a while then clicking on
thumbnails or anything else stops working, after minimizing Bridge and bringing
it up again it works for a while.
