I've recompiled wine this way, so only ALSA should be used. Unfortunately,
audio was just as choppy as before. I also used `pasuspender -- wine` which
muted audio, so even though ALSA should be used, it gets somehow routed through
pulse. Wondering whether there's a way to only involve ALSA without pulse and
still get sound.
