There can be other bugs in tests, like compile errors, memory leaks etc. that can be reported here. Test failures should be reported through the test.winehq.org site, it's much better suited to that purpose than bugzilla.
winetest crashes my X11 session (https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=27133).
