[Bug 17997] do_ns_command fails followed by get_ns_command_state failure

problem occurs in the test subsystem.

If I do a make test in the

~/wine-git/dlls/mshtml/tests

make test in that directory has the errors mentioned above.

Dist. is Fedora 10 latest

GIT is latest GIT tree
