That fails here because of a missing dll:
[austin(a)localhost Nightly]$ wine firefox.exe 
err:module:import_dll Library MSVCR100D.dll (which is needed by L"C:\\Program
Files\\Nightly\\firefox.exe") not found
err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for L"C:\\Program
Files\\Nightly\\firefox.exe" failed, status c0000135
